The Right to Healthcare

Within one year after ratification of this Amendment Congress shall establish a federally funded national healthcare system, delivered by such combination of public and private entities as may be most practical and effective, covering the full and true cost of treatment for all illnesses and injuries, for all citizens and all legal resident aliens. No citizen, legal resident alien, organization, or business entity shall be required to purchase or provide private healthcare insurance.
